Mill Hill

Mill Hill Regional Park is one of Langford's many green spaces reserved for the benefit of the entire Vancouver Island community. The conservation area is home to incredible natural diversity and is a perfect place to experience West Coast wildness.

Mill Hill is a little-known oasis in the Capital Regional District (CRD). Hike on trails that meander past a Douglas fir forest, a Garry oak ecosystem and a rocky hilltop. Take in breathtaking views overlooking Esquimalt Harbour and a scenic panorama of the Victoria area. At the summit, visit the CRD Parks 35th Anniversary peak-finder cairn, built from stones found at the summit and mounted on the foundations of a Forest Service lookout tower.

The main trail over Mill Hill, the Calyspso Trail, links with one to Thetis Lake Regional Park on the north side of the Trans-Canada Highway.

Please help protect this sensitive habitat by keeping yourself and your pets on designated trails.

Mill Hill Regional Park is maintained by the Capital Regional District.
