Physical Distancing Activities

We recognize that many of our residents may be feeling lonely or isolated while at home during the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. With many of our usual recreation facilities and social activities closed or canceled, we have compiled some ideas of other activities you can do while maintaining physical distancing.

  • Do a deep clean of your home while purging items you no longer need

  • Breath mindfully for one minute
  • Do a puzzle
  • Listen to good music
  • Cuddle with a pet
