Access to City Hall Remains Limited

As of Monday, July 6, 2020, City Hall will be closed to walk-in traffic, and access is by appointment only. Please call 250-478-7882 for more information or to schedule an appointment.

The 2020 property tax due date is July 2. Did you know you do not have to come in to City Hall at all? For the health and safety of yourself, City staff and other taxpayers, please consider claiming your Home Owner Grant online. Please also consider NOT coming in to City Hall to make payment, see “Payment Methods” for ways to pay. Stay home, stay safe, stay online. Access to City Hall is limited, and safe physical distancing precautions are in place, so please anticipate line ups. If you have questions, please contact the Property Tax Dept at (250) 391-3410 or finance@langford.ca

If you do decide to visit City Hall to pay your taxes, please note you will be asked to take a number and wait outside in the courtyard. A maximum of four parties (1 or 2 people per party) will be permitted upstairs at any given time. Staff are set up in the courtyard and will invite you in when space is available.

Masks are welcomed, but not mandatory. Please follow signage and floor markings in the second floor lobby.
